Menu sliders are messy #140

Tested on beta. Some charts (particularly older ones) have pretty wild latency, so I prefer to use a mouse to select them. However, as I change the latency compensation, the number to the right of the slider shifts the whole slider to the left or right, making it select another number. That number then shifts it again, which makes it impossible to select a latency using your mouse. This seems to apply to many other menu sliders in the game.

Also, sliders dragged using a mouse don't seem to get saved unless you also move the slider a bit with a keyboard/controller too before leaving the menu. image.png
