Split up hasPartNumber #1

If I read the document correctly, there is an ID by which the manufacturer identifies the part, and an ID by which the customer identifies the part, and they do not necessarily coincide.

Therefore we need to have Datatypeand Functional Properties for the Manufacturer Identification of the Part as well as for the Customer Identification of the part, correct?
