I think this is a good overview. Partly those points have been addressed but we should keep this structure in mind and check if we are still running alongside:

label size and layout (done, see PhysicalLabel)
attachment (done, see PhysicalLabel), attachment position
information content (see DataFields)
plain text vs machine-readable codes (via a property? a datatype?)
data syntax
print parameters
