Add timer filtering for Party Members #11

Add ability to create a party list (doesn't have to be limited to 6), and filter spell timers to only show people that are in the party.

This will require one of 4 commands, to be typed into group/say/raid...

SetPartyMembers player1,player2,player3 ...... AddPartyMember player4 (adds a single person, macroable via %T) RemovePartyMember player5 (removes a single person, macroable via %T) ClearPartyFilter
