Add an option when configuring a timer window for "Cast on Only". This would be similar to You Only but would show buffs (or debuffs on npcs) that you have cast on other players. During raids the list of buffs can grow large even when limited to your particular class and if you are requested to keep certain players buffed it can be hard to find them in the list.
The implementation would basically be to filter out any spells that were not cast by the player within the spell casting time plus some small fudge factor amount. This could be tricky if multiple players are casting the same buffs at the same time but I think just showing both in that case would be fine as you could easily find and delete them.
