Should the Range in section 6.4.6 be "odrl:Policy" ?

Since dprod:DataProduct is a specialisation of dcat:Resource, I would suggest to reference instead:

6.1.10 has the correct range https://www.w3.org/TR/odrl-vocab/#term-hasPolicy

Sorry, what I meant is that dcat:Resource already defines odrl:hasPolicy as a property, and dprod:dataProduct is a specialisation.
