D 2 10 tex update #44

Added use/cases for the identifier resolution section - d-2-10.tex

The pull request should just be one file of tex changes. However, even after taking from the source clone other files could be included by mistake. I wasn't sure about the how the difference is made between editor and release versions, so I could be mistaking including other files I wasn't intending to include, please review before merging, in particular the non-tex files
