We need description write ups for each pilar #8

Tase write-ups will be GitHub project descriptions and in the actually MM content.

Btw we currently still have 2 stories about "the levels" in the repo, they're both good but should be merged:

Both of these descriptions about the maturity levels are related and should be linked. BTW - I tried to insert a document and link into GitHub for Dennis. Clearly I did something wrong. How can I get a user tutorial for GitHub because I need to learn how to master some of the functions? And I need to know how to display things (not in native) so that I can review the looks and feel as well as the content.
