Epic: Cutting Stock Problem with Particle Swarm Optimization

As a developer, I want to read the different examples from csv files. (Example CSV files and structure is given). As a developer, I want to evaluate a solution for the cutting stock problem. As a developer, I want to set the parameter configuration of the genetic algorithm (generation count, crossover function, etc) As a developer, I want to set the configuration of the genetic algorithm via Environment Variables or Config file.

AC:

• Read cutting stock problem for csv file.
• Log solutions during the optimization process
• Print global / local best solutions.
• Print the best 10 solutions at the end.

• Save results into csv files.
