Create an od matrix for a given line using line sections as geographical units

Within the kpi module, create a new one for computing od matrix for a given line or set of lines and time range and day.

• [x] Create tables in db if not exists
• [x] Delete old data for this kpi in dbs
• [x] Select legs and routes data for that set of lines
• [x] Add LRS and direction
• [x] Compute od matrix
• [x] Create viz

Final output should be an OD Matrix using route sections, with different colors for directions and a map with the sections
