Add id and ramal_id to matriz_actualizacion #27

Add branch id and a stop id to matriz_actualizacion table.

There should be two different tables. One holds the stations by line and branch (if present) and another one holds the station catchment area by line id (which eventually is the one being used to infer the destination).
