The function extractHypoGoldFiles() is duplicated #52

The function extractHypoGoldFiles() appears in both utilities.py and SLTev-erasure.py . This is confusing when try to debug. If they are identical, could one be removed?

Fixed. SLTev-erasure.py was the old idea and I removed it.
