add past linguistic mondays

We have a number of linguistic mondays seminars and Adam Dingle etc. transcribed that never made it here. Could you please add them ASAP? Also create then these indices:

• english-asr-compling-domain
• czech-asr-compling-domain
• and also mt-en2SOMETHING-compling-domain if we get any translations

I just found the files in https://github.com/ELITR/elitr-testset/tree/master/documents/linguistic-mondays, sorry. So the missing ones are probably:

• Alexa team presentation (if they manually corrected the transcript)
• Jonas Vidra and Ivana Kvapilikova summarizing their theses
• Martin Havlik monday seminar (we should check he agreed)

...and then the index file for english-asr-compling-domain, that's why I didn't find the files. Thanks, O.

• Jonas Vidra: manual transcript is not present (we sent him a reminder email 7th Feb 2020, no response )
• Ivana Kvapilikova: OSt , *.LINK, *.md5 files committed.
• Martin Havlik: Couldn't find the manually corrected transcript. I tried loading the Audacity project, indeed failed to load it. However, I downloaded the audio from https://lectures.ms.mff.cuni.cz/view.php?rec=458 and saved it to talk-level-domain-adaptation/20200323-monday-seminar-havlik
