container local time/timezone different from host #1

The logdir names are confusing because of the timezone difference between the container and the host. Could the container follow the host's timezone?

This is a matter of running the container with the correct timezone env variable set. I've updated the README: https://github.com/ELITR/cruise-control/tree/master/pipeliner-setups/20210226-theaitre#launching-the-container
