I would recommend one small change of order: after receiving the activating email and completing that step, only then inform the fega-norway helpdesk (because at that point we can add the ega user to the fega-norway-submitter group in the helpdesk portal). And we will after that inform them back when they can login to the https://submission.norway.ega-archive.org Submission portal.
An information point to make clear could also be that: "You should not upload any sensitive data for a new Submission / Study before the Data Processing Agreement for this data set / Study has been fully signed by your institution and FEGA Norway." - Normally not a problem for first time users/submitters, but could be an issue for returning users. We may hold of on the "adding to fega-norway-submitter group" if we know the agreement is not in place, for first time submitters. But for returning users, they already have the account, even though a new agreement is not in place for their second submission.
I've updated the content on the registration page, accessible trough the submission; also changed the team image. Can you review if this the best way to access and ensure everything is accurate?
