Issue #4 : Added parameter to keep default align/valign values #5

More precisely, to convert them to CSS when they are explicitely specified at entry level, even if the value is the default value.

This solves #4.

Thanks @jimetevenard for this PR. This looks good and usefull especially when default aligment values are not setted in the HTML browser (mobile application as you said ;))
