Update Readme Description and Individual Component Descriptions #93

Create a description file in each of the components (backend, frontend..) and update the overview Readme file in the root of the repository.

Step 1) Creation of a main README file content is completed. The rest of the subdirectories only has a basic developer guide since they are not in a very stable state at the moment.
