clarify and simplify "CLI Usage" and add a useful example for running a query by corpquery-- emphasizing usage of quotation mark as described in #10

The problem is indeed valid, but could you change the example to one of the bundled corpora (susanne or emagyardemo)? (To be able to run it without external dependencies.)
