Rethink lifeline activation on sequence diagrams #595

Currently we do not have a clear notion about lifeline activations as it is not trivial to adapt execution specifications defined in the UML standard. Thus it would be great to make clear what is the appropriate moment to activate/deactivate a lifeline on a sequence diagram.

For 0.7.0, I suggest to ignore them completely, i.e. don't support them in the sequence diagram language and don't display them on generated diagrams.
