Outgoing email broken. #234

We were relying on a gmail account to sound outgoing email, which they now block for security reasons. So, we can't send password reset emails and the like.

This needs to be fixed.

Update: Got an SES email set up and currently waiting for our request for a real sending limit to go through. Once that is done, will be quick to flip a switch and get this working on elvisdb.

Also, the email domain is @simssa.ca, so we can use this outgoing mail to send messages from any project. Creds are available on the simssa AWS.
