Changes to search frontend

New 'see more' accordion in feature filter column that adds feature into accordion if noted in 'features_to_hide.txt'
(But removes useless see more if accordion is empty)
Rounds features to nearest 4th place and removes trailing zeroes
Aesthetic changes
