Voltage return has low-voltage alarm function #8

I don't know if everyone needs this feature, but if the voltage of the car is very low, I want to be able to receive a "beep beep" alert from the transmitter.

Actually a good idea. I am not sure about my current speed of developing new features, but it is always nice to have some improvements on the backlog.

Initially, I would think of replacing transmitter voltage alarm with received voltage alarm, but that will keep value per transmitter, so e.g. going from 4s car to 2s car will trigger alarm immediately. I will look if I can sneak some per-model values.
