Currently, Translation Requests (TRs) can be managed within individual Articles, which may result in unintended TR states, such as TRs without associated Articles. Additionally, modifications to TRs in this manner do not automatically trigger notification emails.
Modifications to TRs within Articles should either be prohibited or, if allowed, ensure that such changes do not lead to undesirable TR states and automatically trigger the appropriate notification emails.
