Using sigma this is the best way to show it, as there is no labe collision detecting in the library.

Too little labels are visible at the default-zoom version. At least all the blue nodes labels should be visible. And since the network only contains a few dozen nodes, I think it should be possible to visualize most labels at the default-zoom version. To avoid overlapping, open the network in Gephi. Use the 'label adjust' spatialisation algorithm and then move manually the nodes a little bit.
