Repeating the labels of the flux on the right (as well as on the left) can improve the legibility
The alpha-effect on the non selected flux should be increased (the brightest ones are difficult to follow even when selected)
More difficult: since you have it, on roll over it would be super-cool to display the number of paragraphs for each COP when a flux is selected.

I would avoid to repeat names on the right. I'd simply add alpha effect also to texts in order to see them.

More complex than thought due the way interaction is handled in SVGs, checked with @uf0. Moved to next release.
