BASALT env does not contain BASALT command #11

Thanks for developing BASALT, I look forward to trying it! I successfully installed the conda env as described in the README: git clone https://github.com/EMBL-PKU/BASALT.git;cd BASALT;conda env create -n BASALT --file basalt_env.yml

However, there is no BASALT command in the PATH for that environment (e.g. .conda/env/BASALT/bin). I was able to solve this by manually unzipping BASALT/BASALT_script.zip and changing the permissions on BASALT/BASALT_script/BASALT. You may want to update the install instructions or the conda env.
