don't hard-code model location #12

Hi,

I'm installing BASALT in an HPC and the home directory is quite small, which is the standard in an HPC. Could you provide an option to indicate an alternate location for the models other than manually modify the tool's code?

Thank you both from raising this question. This is a great suggestion. We will alter the current code to alternate the locations
