where is the 'Bin merging program" #14

Hi BASALT is a nice work. I have some questions about it.

My question is how to merge clustered contigs from potential redundant bins by using the "Bin merging program" in BASALT.
In the paper it said that "a Bin merging program is implemented to merge clustered contigs from potential redundant bins (identified by comprising same contigs) into a hybrid bin." but I cannot find any information about it in the paper.

Could you tell me how to merge the clustered contigs?

Sorry for the confusion. We really found this function may cause some errors and removed it from the current version. During the review process, we merged the function into rOLC function, which is to fill gap inbetween different contigs.
