how will BASALT set the min length contigs for each binner #16

Hi, I have one question about the min length of contigs that will be used for each binner implemented in BASALT

eg., metabat2, there is a default length for it,

does BASALT use this default or it could be changed somewhere?

BASALT has a default value of the length of contigs, e.g. 1000. If you need to setup it, I could change the script and update it soon. Please wait for a couple of days.

thanks for your reply. I think 1000 bp is fair for many users, some may to set a higher values, it would be great this parameter could be manually set.
