Bug shows "FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'BestBinset_outlier_refined_filtrated_retrieved_checkm/storage/'" #39

Could you please check is there any bin present under the folder of 'BestBbinset_outlier_refined_filtrated'?

It looks like the previous bin was unable to get into the "BestBinset_outlier_refined_filtrated_retrieved" folder, causing the next checkm to report the error "ERROR: No Check the extension (-x) used to identify bins. " which eventually caused the programme to stop

Thank you. It looks like there was no bin containing in retrieval binset folder. I will correct the error in the following a couple of days. Thank you for finding this error!
