Imperials flip to Buddhist when Independent #536

No, seriously.

To demonstrate, I popped the ERE title. Results: image Every state that is Buddhist had the event emf_imperial.3299 fire on them, as evidenced by the logs (and those that are not Buddhist did not).

Additionally, they are all still Imperial government.

Stranger still: I repeated the test, but this time made several of them Sunni. The result: image It works for those who are Sunni, properly reverting them to Iqta government.

Attempted with Bogomilist vassals to see if it works for the Bogomilist Imperial government, and it does not. Said rulers will convert to Buddhism and flip to normal Imperial instead.
