Some new/updated vanilla files use the hard-coded become_heretic effect instead of emf_become_heretic. #599

We need to sweep for all become_heretic in EMF and vanilla files and replace it with emf_become_heretic (which is the gateway to the lateral conversion mechanic), importing new vanilla files into EMF as necessary.
