The 'Restored Israel' bloodline's unique mechanical feature currently has no effect in EMF. It should be replaced. #619

I said:

It could. That would be a reasonable alternative, since Israel has been formed -- seems like the Jews might actually be able to convert counties faster (at least in the holy land) within such a context.
