Two localisation issues in emf_relsub.0 #643

The corresponding localisation key for the description is emf_relsub.0.desc.overlord, although off the top of my head, I don't know the key for the first event option (which is also problematic).

To clarify, the "them" is a problem because it assumes that the defeated ruler is polytheistic while he clearly isn't here.
