Presently, there is no AI logic for the selection of education focuses for their children/wards. This results in AI characters generally having terrible stats due to poorly-chosen educations.
Goal should be to add in proper logic so that the AI can select an education focus most suited to the child, biased by the whims of the liege and the stats of the educator. This is to mimic player selection of education focuses, without necessarily trying to choose the best option every time (rulers might be biased towards having their children educated the same way they were, etc.).
