Sweep through LT_936 events & decisions #666

I'll be sweeping through all of the 936-related content so that I'm aware of any possible impediments to our intended pre-HRE setup in 936 (I mostly skipped this for E+V).

Additionally, I'll be noting decisions and events that need adaptation to the SWMH map.

Went through decisions, which was mostly just me fluffing them up, because they didn't have anything to do with the HRE setup or the like, which is my main concern.

Aside from Otto, this was fairly easy, as it's been mostly adapted already & the title renaming in SWMH helped as well. The only thing I didn't verify would be WAD was the 936 Fatimid Invasion of Egypt.
