[SWMH] Count becomes a Duke gets auto removed from the council #678

One of my vassal counts who holds 3 counties at the start of the game is also a powerful vassal and on my council from the start. Once he has enough gold he creates a duchy title and is immediately removed from the council, I cant put him back on the council but he doesnt get the opinion malus from being fired. He now dislikes me because of it. Is this WAD?

Let a couple days pass, and you should be able to reappoint him. The only loss is your time micromanaging things that are out of our control, unfortunately.
