Try to solve the package installation problem linked to the rgdal library #49

I've looked for the use of the rgdal library across all the files of the EMODnetBiocheck github and I've spotted two files. I've deleted the part of those files that were related to the rgdal library, I hope it can solve the installation issue.

Added the BODC tables that were produced by the python script

Removed the old version of the BODC tables generated by python script. Added the latest version of the BODC table (BODCvalues with dictionary as definition)
