to continue working with SL7 software (before we move to spack builds) we need to be able to enter SL7 containers from AL9 machine. Update our standard setup script to check OS and then point to sl7-emph script added to PATH that subsequently sources the same setup script but enters a container and lets you be able to continue working as normal in SL7 but on AL9 machine.
