[Bug] Anonymous unreleased transaction metadata access #308

Need to prevent Anon access to transactional metadata on single transaction view.

Also, if enabled, auto redirect to cookie url when asking for unreleased transaction as anon user.

Release b0f79207aa9a930119681fff327fa6c64c275f4e seems to be doing the right thing when it comes to preventing anon access, great!

I am still not able to get a redirect to happen in that case though seemingly which would be great!
