  1. Added patient_set to Call
  2. Changed active to status in Call
  3. Added test for call (update call status by superuser, update call street by superuser, update call location by superuser)

Conflict in test_ambulance.py is resolved. By the way I occasionally ran test_ambulance.py and noticed that there are 4 failures. I believe I didn't touch anything in this file after I merged it from the master branch. If there is anything I did wrongly or needs help from me, please let me know
