Feature/call viewset api #26

Viewset is displaying List endpoint "Call List" at /api/call/.

-Tests not written for viewset yet -Is there any other functionality we need for calls api besides those provided by GenericViewset? -Please let me know of any changes that need to be made. Thanks!
