Just added retrieve for calls API

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean by location. I was thinking we should have the retrieve functionality for the Calls API so we could test retrieving individual calls when we test the Calls ViewSet

Your request is to modify LocationTypeViewset. I am not sure why you would need it for calls.
