Handling calls in map page #58

The calls are not properly handled in the map page. Add support to the following features:

  1. Visually tracking the stage of the calls
  2. Displaying patient information
  3. Displaying multiple waypoints
  4. Showing/hiding waypoints
  5. Handling declined calls
