Re-work the GPU introduction episode #20

  1. The general episode flow jumps back and forth in places, which should be addressed.
  2. Add figure that shows CPU/GPU scheme and how they are connected via PCI-E.
  3. The Volta chip schematics should either be removed or used to (briefly) show that everything is more complicated than it looks.
