add gnu option to all makefiles
add .cpp symlinks to all .cu files to enable editing on colab
comment on symlinks in setup episode

also added a jupyter notebook that participants can use to get started on Colab. I should add a link that can be clicked to open the notebook automatically on colab, but don't have time now so raising issue

all changes to Makefiles now reverted since @jigo3635 made similar changes on https://github.com/ENCCS/OpenACC-CUDA-beginners/tree/colab_gcc which will be a long-lived branch for Colab users
