provide one subsection to show how to submit jobs on LUMI cluster? #74

In the Setup section, Meluxina was used in the last workshop. https://enccs.github.io/julia-for-hpc/setup/#using-eurohpc-systems

I think this time we should include one subsection to show how to submit jobs on LUMI.
