consider adding a section or episode on data formats #13

now there's a discussion of different packages for efficient IO in the motivation (JLD2, Feather), and it would be nice to show how they work

@wikfeldt  Can I briefly mention https://enccs.github.io/hpda-python/scientific-data/ by adding this link to the Dataframes lesson? There I am showing different Data formats but without theory details.

Or just reuse some of the info from HPDA Python?

you can always add that link in the "see also" section, but you can also reuse whatever is most relevant
