First of thanks for developing a useful pipeline for the analysis of ATAC seq data.
I am facing similar issues that was perivously repoted in the issue #280 , which did not went well using the your_backend_file_to_override_on_sync.conf.
At first, I was having a similar kind of error as @Kyung-TaeLee in issue #280 :
When I tried the solution of @leepc12 (both methods), and entered the command caper run atac.wdl -i "ATAC_seq_for_TLR3.json" --conda --max-concurrent-tasks 1 --backend-file your_backend_file_to_override_on_sync.conf, The following error is now being retrieved:
The cromwell.out file:
cromwell.out.txt
I`ll really appreciate any advice on that.
