Bug fixes
Added missing parameter
mem_gb
for
samtools sort -n
(name sort).
Fixed biopython version (latest one that supports py2) in py2 Conda environment.
Circle CI testing
Replaced deprecated circleci image.
Fixed py3 dependency errors (pyenv -> apt-get install).
